Strongsville City Schools says 3.4 of these 6.7 mills continue its 2002 operating levy, which is ending, and 3.3 are new. On the 2025 tax bill that 2002 levy costs a home its owner lives in about $103 for each $100,000, so the bill would rise by about $131 for each $100,000 rather than $234.50. Where this comes from

The Ohio Secretary of State’s list of local questions and issues for the November 3, 2026 general election, as the state published it on September 18, 2026; the results replace it once they are certified. Tax issues only: liquor options, zoning and charter questions are left out. The state files each issue under the county its body is based in; this page lists it under every county it reaches. Earlier issues go back to 2020, from the state’s results for each election.

A new property tax levy costs $35 a year for every mill on each $100,000 of a home’s value, the figure Ohio ballots print: since 2013 a new levy gets none of the state’s rollback credits. A renewal continues a levy already on the bill: if it passes, the levy keeps going as it is today, and if it fails, it ends when its current term runs out. A school district’s budget forecast is its own, filed with the state; this site’s School budgets pages show every line, and the levy calculator works one out for your own home.

Nothing here is for or against any issue. The exact ballot wording is your county board of elections’.
